Upgrade Optimizely CMS 12 to .NET 10

.NET 8 and .NET 9 are approaching end of support, and the latest updates to CMS 12 now fully support .NET 10.

If your site is hosted in Optimizely DXP, you'll just have to update your target framework to .NET 10 and trigger a new deployment. The platform automatically handles the upgraded framework when you deploy.

If you're hosting the site directly on Azure, you'll have to manually update the runtime of your web app.

It's really that easy!
